The 6 story extended stay complex houses 135 rooms in total, with 80 apartment-style suites (with full kitchens) and 55 guest rooms. Hyatt House hotels are designed to welcome guests as extended stay residents seeking the conveniences of home in modern, apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas.

Kothari Group proposes to build a 129-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott with 1500 square feet of conference space and a nationally recognized brand restaurant at the corner of Beacon Ave. West and Stirling Way.
The lobby offers expansive public space with soft seating and areas to collaborate and enjoy meals.
We will offer King & Double Queen Studios, as well as One & Two bedroom suites, with fully equipped kitchens and living areas.
